ALL Earthtrack Lighting products have a minimum 5 year warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition…



We ship all received orders once or twice a week. You can always contact us to make sure you have your purchase on time. All products are wrapped with the utmost care. Prices are based on weight and destination. A guide to these can be seen in the tables below.

We have agreement with major courier companies, and depends on your location we choose the fastest courier service.

We are open from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM on weekdays
